Anti-Discrimination Policy

At Al-Quds University, we believe that equality and fairness form the bedrock of a vibrant and productive academic community. It is with this belief that we steadfastly enforce our Anti-Discrimination Policy, an embodiment of our commitment to an environment that respects the individuality of each member.

Our policy unequivocally prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, age, and other. This extends to every facet of university life, including recruitment, hiring, training and development, promotion, termination, and university-sponsored activities.

The university community, in its entirety, is expected to abide by this policy. A breach, be it through direct or indirect actions, policies, or procedures, is taken seriously and can lead to disciplinary actions, including dismissal from the university or termination of employment.

We encourage those who have experienced or witnessed potential policy violations to step forward and report it to the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Office. All reports are treated with utmost confidentiality and are promptly investigated to ensure fairness and transparency.

Through the Anti-Discrimination Policy, Al-Quds University reaffirms its dedication to a campus climate that celebrates diversity and fosters respect among its community members.
