The purpose of this Transportation Policy is to promote sustainable transportation options and reduce the environmental impact of commuting at Al-Quds University. Scope

This policy applies to all members of the university community, including students, faculty, staff, and administration, as well as visitors to the campus. It also applies to all university-owned, leased, or operated vehicles and transportation-related activities, both on and off-campus.

Sustainable Transportation Measures

A. Public Transportation and Carpooling
  • Encourage the use of public transportation by providing information on routes, schedules, and discounts for university community members.
  • Promote carpooling among students, faculty, and staff by facilitating the creation of carpool groups and providing designated carpool parking spaces.
  • Collaborate with local transportation agencies to improve public transit access and connectivity to the university campus.
